Charles Bichajian, Ph.D.
Dr. Bichajian earned his Bachelors degree from Tufts University and went on to earn his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida. Dr. Bichajian works with adults, adolescents, children, and couples. He specializes in mood and anxiety disorders including trauma. His special areas of interest include individual development, relationship issues and family dysfunction.
Doug Griswold, Ph.D.
Dr. Griswold is a licensed psychologist who has worked in the mental health field for over 30 years. He holds degrees from Harvard, Tufts, and Boston College. He works with children, adolescents, and adults. Areas of specialty include attention deficit disorder, anxiety, mood and behavior disorders. In addition he worked for many years as a school psychologist.
Russel Fry, Psy.D.
Dr.Fry has been in private practice as a licensed Clinical Psychologist since 1985 responding to a wide range of community mental health needs. He provides psychological services to child, adolescent, adult, and family populations with a focus on patterns of behavior and discipline to change those styles. He has served on the Board of Directors at the Jordan Hospital, Cranberry Hospice and more recently with the Plymouth County Stress Management Team, supporting the emotional needs of first responders in our community. Dr. Fry earned his graduate degrees from Boston University and the University of Northern Colorado with an emphasis on family systems theory.
Sara Denoncourt, LMHC
Sara earned her Bachelors degree from Colby-Sawyer College and went on to earn her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lehigh University. She is a Licensced Mental Health Counselor in the State of Massachusetts. Sara has an extensive background in working with children, teens, adults and families with various mental illness and trauma histories. Sara uses an eclectic approach utilizing several different theoretical perspectives, depending on the unique needs of the individual client or family. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, parenting issues, and family dysfunction. She believes in discovering your own maladaptive behaviors as a means to change. Prior to private practice, Sara was a clinician in a wide variety of settings including community, in-home, clinic setting, residential, and inpatient.

Alice Johnson, LMHC

Eric Padol, Psy.D.
Eric Padol earned his Doctorate in Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, but currently a proud New Englander living in Massachusetts. The majority of his career has been spent working in various institutions, including nursing homes, and an adult home. He spent the last 19 months working with workers compensation patients in New York. He is very excited to be a member of the Cove Counseling team at this time, having recently earned his Massachusetts license to supplement that which he earned in New York.
Josclyn Masterson, LICSW
Josclyn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University. Josclyn is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts. Prior to joining the practice, Josclyn worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health, schools, and homes. She also held executive leadership roles for various nonprofit organizations on the South Shore. Josclyn’s specialties include trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, chronic illness, parenting, career planning and transitions, and conflict resolution. Josclyn utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of each client including: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Based Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and other holistic approaches such as meditation and yoga.
